1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using HER KAAM you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for all activity under your account.

3. Job Posting

Customers must describe jobs honestly and accurately. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.

4. Payments

Payments are made directly to the kaamgaar after job completion. HER KAAM does not currently process or hold customer payments.

5. Disputes

If you have a dispute, contact our support team within 24 hours of job completion. We mediate in good faith but are not legally responsible for the outcome of any individual job.

6. Kaamgaar Verification

All kaamgaars must submit valid CNIC and skill information. False information results in permanent removal.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use HER KAAM for illegal activity, harassment, or to bypass platform fees.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
